Welcome to KeyWise: AI Keyboard & Writer ("App"), created by Owl Apps LLC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are essential to your use of the App. Your access to and use of the App is contingent on your acceptance and adherence to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
By using the App, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
KeyWise: AI Keyboard & Writer is an application designed to assist users with writing and generate content using artificial intelligence. The App is suitable for individuals aged 4 and above.
The App is fully free for now.
The App generates a unique identifier (ID) for each user, and subscription information is securely stored in a private database using Firebase. The App does not collect personal data or necessitate user registration.
KeyWise: AI Keyboard & Writer is not accountable for the content generated using the OpenAI API. Users are solely responsible for the content they request from the AI.
Users retain the ability to modify or delete their content or account information. The App reserves the right to modify or delete user content and accounts for any reason.
Users found in violation of these Terms may have their accounts deleted at the discretion of the App.
The App offers no warranties or guarantees other than allowing subscribed users to generate unlimited AI-generated content within the token limit stated in section 2.
The App does not provide provisions for intellectual property rights and copyright protections.
