Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Aloy - AI Assistant ("App"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

1. Description of the App

Dooodle AI: Realtime Painting is an app designed to help users with their painting and generate image using artificial intelligence. The App is suitable for people aged 4 and above.

1. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers subscriptions for premium access with unlimited use of the App's features. Free users can generate AI-generated image with 10 drawing, while subscribed users can generate unlimited image.

1. User Data and Privacy

The App generates a unique ID for each user, and subscription information is stored in a secure, private database using Firebase. The App does not collect personal data or require user registration.

1. User-Generated Content

Dooodle AI: Realtime Painting is not responsible for the content generated using the Fal API. Users are solely responsible for the content they request from the AI.

1. User Content Modification and Deletion

Users can delete or modify their own content or account information. The App reserves the right to modify or delete user content and accounts for any reason.

1. Penalties for Violating Terms of Use

Users who violate the Terms of Use may have their accounts deleted at the App's discretion.

1. Limitations and Disclaimers
