• Provide users with additional information about identified species.
• Enable users to chat with the AI for insights and general discussions.

• Image Analysis: The images you upload are sent to OpenAI for analysis. The App does not store or retain your images or data after the request is processed.
• Payment Information: Payment processing is managed securely through RevenueCat. The App does not store or directly handle your payment information.
b. No Data Storage
The App does not collect, store, or share personal or usage data beyond the information required to process requests and payments.
c. Third-Party Services
• The App relies on OpenAI for AI image analysis and RevenueCat for payment processing. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
3. User Responsibilities
• Appropriate Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• Content Ownership: You must ensure that any image you upload is your own or that you have permission to use it. Do not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Accuracy of Results: The AI provides information based on the images and inputs you provide. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive and should not be used for critical decision-making.
